Good service and great quality, quite expensive but I do use them as they are easy to use and look good.

Your products are very good and I ordered many books from you. But your customer service is not so good. I had previously received an album from another customer wrongly, which delayed my order and I only got that redone after you collected the wrong delivery from my home. I had no apology or gesture of good will from you which would have been nice? Also on my last album I ordered a special raised frame for the title picture but it didn’t inform me that these can only be produced in Germany which delayed my order. If I would have known that before I would have chosen a different frame as this album was a gift and got to the recipient late because of the delay to the delivery. Apart from these issues I’m a happy customer, but if things go wrong, which of course they do at times, an apology would be appreciated

I have used CEWE a number of times now to create albums for family events.All have been of the highest quality.

Quick delivery. Looked as per the application. Printed perfectly. The gift recipient loved it.

Very pleased with the quality. Received an offer which made the price really attractive. The online designing tools are easy to use for a novice like me.


Two canvas prints - nicely executed and swiftly delivered. The online creation process was very simple - and gave a good impression of how the finished canvas would look. Not cheap but good value.

I have made 5 albums with cewe photo world now, the print quality is excellent, the software is easy to use and delivery has been prompt every time, I highly recommend

We are delighted with the finished product ordered on 8th February but only delivered on 1st March. If I had known it would take so long I would not have ordered. It was for a special present on 14th February and I didn't read all of the production times- just saw the quick turn around advertised! Email communication led me to believe it was in quick production but tracking froze on 11th February and I got very frustrated with no actual response with a fixed delivery date.

I cancelled my photobook on the 2nd feb and they said I would receive a refund within 10 working days now on the 27th Feb I still have not received my refund with customer service telling me to wait. Ridiculous

I ordered two products before Christmas with adequate time for pre-Christmas delivery. Neither product arrived on time. One arrived shortly after Christmas and the other I still haven’t received (6th Jan). Other than an electronic invoice for both products shortly after Christmas, I have received no explanation or update.

We were very pleased with the quality of the photo books and prints that we ordered. The photos were bright and clear. The books were printed well with no errors or blemishes. The only negatives were that it was time consuming to import the photos, and once we had created one photo book it was difficult to edit and create a second book from my original selection. Customer service did help a bit, although it wasn't 24/7 as advertised! We had to make 2 separate orders which incurred extra p&p costs. However, the 3 separate packages arrived promptly in time for Christmas and there was a nice first order discount!

It would have been a clear "5 Stars", but the poor and amateurish quality of frames and masks lets down the design and layout elements of creating a book
